Eaton exits after tweaking left ankle

The Nationals had been looking for every opportunity to get left fielder Adam Eaton out of games early during the beginning of this season, but it was unusual when he was removed from Thursday’s 8-2 loss to the Mets in the top of the sixth inning. The club announced after the game that he had tweaked his left ankle, and an X-ray was negative.
