Gardner goes deep off deGrom in Subway opener

Brett Gardner launched a tie-breaking two-run homer off Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom in the eighth inning on Friday evening, clearing the right-field fence and giving the Bombers their first lead of this Subway Series.
