Heyward exits after taking foul ball to groin

Jason Heyward was removed from Saturday’s game against the Reds at Wrigley Field after his third-inning at-bat in which he fouled a ball off his groin. Albert Almora Jr. replaced Heyward in center field to start the fourth.
