Homers, Romano pace Reds win over Cards

Eugenio Suarez hit the first of three homers for the Reds on Wednesday to help beat the Cardinals at Great American Ball Park. Sal Romano pitched a strong game for Cincinnati, escaping multiple jams. Jack Flaherty racked up eight strikeout’s in a solid effort, but the Cards were unable to complete rallies and were limited to three runs on in the afternoon affair.
