Javy steals 2B, scores on SD errors for Cubs W

Javier Baez did it again. With one out in the 10th inning, Baez stole second, then took advantage of two errors by the Padres to score the go-ahead run and lift the Cubs to a 5-4 victory over the Padres on Friday night at Petco Park. Anthony Rizzo had tied the game with an RBI double with two outs in the ninth for the Cubs. In the 10th, Baez reached on an infield single. The All-Star second baseman then stole second, ran to third on an errant throw by catcher Austin Hedges and scored on another errant throw by center fielder Manuel Margot.
