Lester-Cespedes opens flurry; Price to Tigers

The Tigers, Rays and Mariners appear to have reached agreement on a mega-deal involving Tampa Bay’s David Price just ahead of Thursday’s 4 p.m. ET non-waiver Trade Deadline, according to multiple reports.
