Mets’ win-now mentality pays off vs. Padres

With infield prospect Jeff McNeil out of the starting lineup and starter Corey Oswalt gone from the game after just 62 pitches, the Mets succeeded in rallying for a win over the Padres on Wednesday afternoon at Citi Field. Jose Bautista hit a two-run homer and Amed Rosario connected for a two-RBI single in the win. Austin Hedges and Freddy Galvis went deep for San Diego.
