Miggy leaves game with left biceps strain
Miguel Cabrera exited Tuesday’s series opener against the Twins in the bottom of the third inning while hitting. Cabrera, at the plate for his second at-bat, swung at a 1-1 pitch and immediately dropped the bat and grasped his left arm around the elbow and biceps area.
