Miller set for Minor League rehab start Tuesday
While Shelby Miller has started games in extended spring over the past month, Tuesday night’s outing for Class A Advanced Visalia represents a big step forward. No longer can innings be ended early if his pitch count gets too high. Instead of a handful of spectators, he can expect a good crowd in San Jose.
