Most of Cardinals’ offseason to-do list checked off

Though the Cardinals’ offseason plans changed course substantially after Oscar Taveras’ death in late October, the organization was still able to address its most glaring needs within two weeks of free agency opening. So what does that leave the Cardinals needing to do in the remaining weeks before Spring Training? Perhaps not much.
