Paxton goes the distance in victory over Tigers
James Paxton didn’t have no-hit stuff, but the Mariners lefty had more than enough to stifle the Tigers on Saturday night as his teammates provided plenty of hits — and some pretty good glove work — in a 7-2 victory at Safeco Field.
