Pham scratched from Cardinals’ lineup
Shortly before the start of the Cardinals’ series opener against the White Sox on Tuesday, outfielder Tommy Pham was scratched from the lineup, two days after fouling a ball of his left ankle and leaving during the seventh inning of a game against the Giants with a bone bruise.
