Pipeline Perspectives: Winker will be batting champ in Minors

The only thing that could keep Jesse Winker from really competing for a batting title is if he hits so well the Reds decide in the second half that he’s needed in Cincinnati. But a much more likely scenario is the outfield prospect raking all year in the Minors, across Double- and Triple-A, and then perhaps getting a September callup.
