Price exits after 4-run 1st against Yankees

Red Sox left-hander David Price exited Wednesday night’s start against the Yankees after one inning, a four-run frame in which he allowed three hits, walked two batters and threw 35 pitches, 16 of which were strikes. There was no immediate word of an injury to Price, who was limited to 16 appearances (11 starts) in 2017, his second season with Boston, due to a left elbow injury.
