Rangers ‘pen remains in flux ahead of Deadline

The Rangers bullpen remains in a state of flux and will continue to be so until the July 31 non-waiver Trade Deadline passes. Left-hander Jake Diekman and right-handed closer Keone Kela remain attractive trade targets.
