Romo struggles in ‘opener’ role vs. Orioles
Sunday’s bullpen day didn’t go quite as the Rays envisioned. The plan was to use sidearm specialist Sergio Romo against the Orioles to help negate the right-handed power of Baltimore in the first trip through the lineup.
