Royals sign El-Abour, outfielder with autism

The Royals announced today that they have signed outfielder Tarik El-Abour to a minor league contract. The 25-year old native of San Marino, Calif., has handled the challenges presented by autism now earning the opportunity to become a professional baseball player.
