Rusin to DL with foot injury; Musgrave reinstated

The Rockies put left-handed pitcher Chris Rusin on the 10-day disabled list Tuesday with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. Left-hander Harrison Musgrave was reinstated from the DL after suffering a right hip flexor strain.
