Ryu cruises past Padres in return from DL

Hyun-Jin Ryu came off the disabled list and delivered seven strong innings and Juan Uribe drove in two runs in a 7-1 win over the Padres on Sunday as the Dodgers avoided a series sweep and stayed 2 1/2 games ahead of the persistent Giants in the National League West.
