Three homers help Kingham improve to 2-0

Starling Marte delivered an inside-the-park home run and rookie right-hander Nick Kingham cruised through five innings before fading, but Pittsburgh held on for a 6-4 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday night at Miller Park, snapping the Pirates’ four-game skid. Domingo Santana hit his first home run of the year for Milwaukee in the loss.
