Tigers rally late, spoil White Sox home opener

Detroit’s late offensive fight and a rough showing from the White Sox bullpen combined to give the Tigers a 9-7 come-from-behind victory in 10 innings and ruined Chicago’s home opener on Thursday at a snowy, blustery Guaranteed Rate Field, with a first-pitch temperature of 43 degrees.
