Trumbo’s late knock, Davis’ HR snap O’s skid

Mark Trumbo capped a two-out rally in the eighth inning with a two-run single to snap the O’s skid. Chris Davis went deep for the second straight game for Baltimore, while Lucas Duda homered and drove in all three Royals runs. Andrew Cashner allowed three runs over six innings for the O’s, while Royals lefty Eric Skoglund gave up three runs in 6 1/3 frames.
