Twins roll as Romero keeps Cardinals at bay
Fernando Romero followed up his solid Major League debut with six scoreless innings and nine strikeouts as the Twins won a season-high fourth straight game, while snapping the Cardinals’ five-game win streak. Minnesota left fielder Eddie Rosario had a pair of hits and scored a run, and he robbed Dexter Fowler of a two-run homer in the second with a leaping catch at the wall. Rosario has hit safely in eight straight games and in 10 of 11.
