Waino poised to return in relief role

After receiving high marks for his work during a simulated inning on Sunday morning, Adam Wainwright appears ready to return from the 10-day disabled list for the Cardinals’ series opener against the Reds on Tuesday. And when he does, it will be as a reliever.
